Cultivating sustainability, beginning with ourselves.

AYUDH believes that we can only help people stay healthy and strong by providing the tools they need to feed themselves. To do this sustainably, AYUDH must begin with itself. AYUDH therefore proposes the following project:

  1. Each AYUDH member pledges to plant five vegetables this year.

  2. Each AYUDH member pledges to maintain these vegetables with care, implementing innovative solutions for keeping the plants nurtured.

  3. Each AYUDH member pledges to carefully track their growth by actively blogging and sharing about their experiences.

  4. By the end of the 2016-2017 year, AYUDH members should be able to teach others about the techniques they used to sustain themselves.
